AfterPay & Oxipay
Afterpay & oxipay is available to everyone one who is approved by them.
Payments are to be settled with Afterpay & oxipay and not Mini Maddy Moo's.
Mini Maddy Moo's are not responsible for refunds until your order is settled with Afterpay & oxipay.
Mini Maddy Moo's do not offer refunds for wrong sizing, exceeding turnaround times or change of mind. Only of faulty items which will require photo evidence. Item will them be shipped back and repaired or replaced at the buyers expense.
When approved for a refund, date must not exceed 60 days from purchase date.
Afterpay & oxipay orders cannot be cancelled.
Expected turnaround time 6-8 weeks (not including post time - standard post up to 14days - Express 1-3 days)
Lay-by Terms & Conditions
Minimum Value - Lay-by is available on purchases of $50 or more
Lay-By Fee - A $2.00 non refundable service fee will be charged for each new lay-by
Non refundable Deposit - A 10% deposit is required for each new lay-by
Term – Lay-by is available on a 16 week (4 Months) term and must be paid in full and collected by the finalisation date printed on the Invoice.
Payments – Minimum fortnightly payments of $5.00 are required.
Cancellation – Lay-bys may be cancelled at any time during the term. Failure to make payments when they are due or collect lay-bys by the due date will be treated as cancellation of the lay-by by the customer. In these instances, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid, less The Deposit paid and fabric costs already purchased by Mini Maddy Moo's to complete your order. Cost to be determined by Mini Maddy Moo's This is in addition to the $2.00 lay-by service fee already paid. (10% Deposit + $2.00 Lay-by Fee + Fabric Cost's)

Refunds are not available after 30 days.
Modification – Lay-by contents can be modified e.g. items added but not removable.

Refunds are only available when you receive your order and an item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind, order the wrong size. All items are custom made and will differ from floral position to colour. You will need to specify if you would like something a certain length, if you would like belt loops, dress ties ect.
Refunds are not available if you were to require your order by a certain date/birthday/special event and we didn't deliver in time - Sending me a message or email a week in advance is not enough time to complete your order and post. We require minimum 2 weeks notice.
Refunds will be issued if no other outcome can be established. In this instance you will be required to post back the faulty item at your expense and show photographic proof it has been returned to us. After receiving proof we will issue a refund.
Store Credits can be offered as an alternative. This will be determined by Mini Maddy Moo's at the time of contact.
Refunds WILL NOT be issued until we receive the item back to us. Contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or Facebook to receive the return address.
Refund postage costs will not be refunded
Customer will cover all return postage expenses Mini Maddy Moos are not responsible for return postage costs.
If A desired colour cannot be sourced from our suppliers we will substitute with a suitable colour. This includes vinyl tees, jumpers, solid colour fabrics, lace & trims.
